IN-HOUSE AND ON-SITE MAINTENANCE

PZL is ready to provide a range of service levels of support for line, intermediate and heavy maintenance activities from dispatching experts on-site, to welcoming an aircraft at the PZL- Mielec or other PZL certified facility.

PROGRESSIVE MAINTENANCE

PZL offers M28 Progressive Maintenance program. The scope of such maintenance has to be agreed with Customer local Authorities. On the Job Training and support available upon Customer request.

WARRANTY

PZL offers warranty standard coverage of 500 flight hours or 1 year.

Warranty claims in general are managed by the company’s customer service office, available 24/7.

ON-SITE SERVICES

In order to provide the highest levels of support, PZL offers assistance of high qualified technicians, experts and consultants – for specialized services to be performed on a customer facilities.

TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVES (FSRS)

PZL has a team of factory-trained FSRs who can be dispatched to customer locations – providing on-the-job training through to troubleshooting.

During the first months of a new aircraft operation, PZL’ FSR may assist customer to perform:

  • Troubleshooting and tuning of aircraft structures, systems and equipment
  • Optional equipment installation
  • On-the-job training
  • Consulting
  • Help on logistics support

In addition, FSRs work closely with PZL’ design office and are responsible for analyzing in-service issues and responding to technical quarries.

SPARE PARTS LOGISTICS

As an aircraft manufacturer PZL offers large M28 spares inventory. Customers can rely on quick, accurate and reliable parts supply.

Parts for scheduled and unscheduled events are delivered within an agreed lead time. Dedicated section of service office is providing immediate solutions for AOG part orders.

AOG SITUATIONS

The company’s AOG office is the customers’ worldwide around-the-clock point of contact for Aircraft On Ground situations.

PZL provides complete training solutions from initial up to recurrent, along with type rating for both pilots and technicians.

TECHNICAL PUBLICATIONS

PZL provides customers with complete technical information to ensure the safe and cost-effective operation of their aircraft.

The primary publications provided are:

  • maintenance manuals (MM),
  • flight manual (AFM),
  • illustrated parts catalog (IPC),
  • aircraft repair manual (ARM),
  • wiring diagram album of electrical connections (WDA).

 

These publications cover standard and customized aircraft installations as well as optional equipment.
Technical publications are provided in paper and PDF (CD, DVD) formats.
